I need a custom mode for my IPB 3.0 /3.1 forum: an referrals mode ( a simplier version of Ultimate Referrals created for IPB 2.3.6)

How will work:
Users should have in their Personal panel a link that may be used to advertise my forum. When someone register on the forum from that link will become his downline. The mod should be integrated with Ipoints mod so users will get points when they reffer new members. The twist is that  the member needs to make a x number o posts before his upline will receive the points

Referral List (list of users referred by the username)
