Create a website that has answers to registered users' questions in their electronics project. Be it school project, personal project or relating to work. 

It will be similar to yahoo answers, but there will be differences. Here is how it works: Once a user posts a question, the question will be the title of the page. Unregistered users can vote for the answers. The user with the answer having the highest vote, will be paid $1 for every 1000 unique visitors to the thread. 

The voting of the answers will only last for one month and a visitor to the thread can only vote for one answer out of the many answers. The best answer will be place directly under the question and be shown as the best answer. Users will be paid by paypal. 

So when users register, they will have to enter their paypal email address also. Users can check how much they have earned under the section earnings. Minimum payout is $5. Once they have requested for payment, their account balance returns to $0. 

Once a user has requested to withdraw money from his account, the system will email me the username, paypal email address and amount of the user. I will pay the money via paypal to them manually. 

For my homepage, I will write about the website so visitors will know what kind of website this is. There will also be a search bar for searching the answers and questions below the description of the website.

I will want to put google adsense's ads in the middle every page of the website.
