To design and develop internal fund review system accessible through a browser based front end.

Solution: ASP.net with SQL express database, W3C compatible XHTML and CSS – the solution will be accessed from outside the network as well as inside.

Admin area to allow:

•	Add / edit / delete users
•	Add / edit / delete funds
•	Add monthly fund %

Frontend functionality:

Log in page  - username, password. Leading into home page – 

Home page – Access to funds via search facility or scrolling through fund names.

Fund information page – 

•	Graph of fund performance generated from data inputted through admin area
•	Comments to show in date order, newest first
•	Ability to reply to comments and add new comments
•	Add events
•	Add opinions
•	Filter by events / comments / opinions
