Hello, I am looking for someone to create a website for a makeup artist freelance business using a flash template that I picked out. 
I found a template that I can purchase, but maybe it can be copied without purchasing. 
The template can be viewed at hypertemplates template number 15791. 
I also need a flash photo gallery that can be edited using a cms or similar interface and for the flash gallery to be integrated into 
the rest of the flash template. Dynamic Flash Gallery.
I currently have a Joomla template website with a cms but someone messed up some files and the website is down at the moment. 
I would like for the person who takes this project to try and restore the current website in the meantime while the new project is being worked on. 
Criteria for this project are that the person working on it  has to make sure that the final project is professional, sexy, elegant, 
and beautiful looking. THe person must have patience and be willing to make revisions until the project is final. 
I also need a very nice logo to go along with the website. It should be simple, yet sexy and elegant at the same time.
